One would be hard pressed to find another group of people to equal our team here at Achieve Online. Our unique faculty and staff is comprised of individuals with a long and varied history in education, all sharing one common thread: dedication to promoting personalized, student-centered education that results in student success.

Experienced administrators, curriculum and instruction specialists, master teachers, specialists in assessment, educational technologists, and more have come together to create this program, and they continually work to maintain its cutting edge.

Our team members are individuals who think outside the box and get excited about new possibilities for our students. Each comes with education and experience uniquely suited to serving Achieve Online students. All are dedicated to the educational philosophy of putting students first, as well as to the idea that students need a 21st Century education in order to be successful in the 21st Century.

Educational Facilitators are certified teachers who take care of the "big picture" for each student by serving as a guide, advocate, and primary point of contact. Students can choose to keep the same educational facilitator year after year.

A student's educational facilitator will oversee the student's progress, make sure certain requirements are met, and help tailor the program to meet the student's learning styles, personal interests, and goals. Each educational facilitator is trained in how to personalize learning for individual students. This includes an understanding of major learning styles theory and recent brain research regarding how students learn.

Students often need help with higher level subject area material. To address this need, Achieve Online provides Core Subject Specialists (CSS's) who are highly qualified certified teachers serving as specialists in their endorsement areas.

Most high school classes, and some K-8 classes, have CSS's who help guide students through the courses, answer questions, evaluate student assessments, and coordinate with the educational facilitators to design interventions and tailor instruction to meet individual student needs.
